Ridley Scott has been dropping knowledge about Alien: Paradise Lost (his forthcoming sequel to Prometheus) on the regular. Today we have even more news to share with you about the second installment in the Prometheus series. Head inside for all the details!
In an interview with Awards Campaign, Scott offered the following statement about the engineer’s home planet, the film’s cast, and what we can expect to see: “It’s going to be it’s own separate thing because they are going to the planet of the engineers and they are going to see what happened there. It was a disaster. And they will be in that alien craft that takes them there, but with a new group that’s incoming, a new group of travelers in the beginning of the first act.”
Scott had initially suggested that the creature design would be different from the original franchise and that we wouldn’t be seeing any Xenomorphs but the director seems to have changed his tune on that, taking into account some of his other more recent statements
